Description
Casserole – a dish almost universal. It can be cooked with meat content, you can just with vegetables. Or mix vegetables, for example, sausage or sausage. Principle one: what's in the fridge, there's the casserole. Basis, as a rule, the potatoes are raw or boiled. For my casserole, I chose the potatoes raw, as toppings – sausage, broccoli and oyster mushrooms.

Cooking
Here are the mushrooms I have had – they must be chopped not too finely.
Broccoli disassemble on inflorescences.
Sausages cut into medium-sized.
Cheese to grate on a coarse grater.
Mix of the cheese and cream.
In butter fry chopped cube the onion until transparent, add the mushrooms.
Fry until cooked mushrooms.
At the bottom of the saucepan put finely chopped sheep's tail fat.
Put to it grated on a coarse grater potato.
Broccoli – the sausages and top – the remnants of the broccoli.
Pour cream, mixed with cheese. Put the mushrooms, fried with onions.
Sprinkle all the remaining cheese.
Bake in the oven at 180 degrees for 30 minutes.
