I suggest another option of lunch or dinner in the day - potato casserole with meat, spinach and cheese. Prepared easily and quickly, tasty and juicy. The household will be satisfied and well fed. Help yourself!!!

Cooking
To peel the vegetables, wash the greens, and spinach to defrost. Chop the onion, grate the carrots. Then in vegetable oil fry the onion, add the carrots. Stew onions and carrots and add a spoon of butter (for flavor). On a coarse grater grate the potatoes, sprinkle with salt. Allow to stand for five minutes, then wring out the excess water. Parsley and dill grind.
I had already prepared chicken, I just cut it in cubes. If you have raw meat, you need it pre-cut into cubes and saute in vegetable oil, salted and pepper to taste. Cheese also cut into cubes. If you have spinach whole leaves, frozen, shred (of course, you can use fresh spinach). Tomatoes you can just cut into cubes. But I wanted the tomatoes were skinless, so pre-scalded with boiling water, skins removed and then cut cubes.
Mix the fried onion and carrot with pressed potatoes, add 4 eggs, salt, pepper and all mix well. Chopped spinach, tomatoes and meat mixed in another bowl. This is our stuffing.
Heat the oven to 170 degrees. The form (I glass 20X30) grease with vegetable oil (optional sprinkle with breadcrumbs, I didn't do it). Spread half of the potato mass into the form, level. Then we spread our filling, level and on top lay the cubes of cheese. I have a Bulgarian. And already stuffing close the remaining potato mixture.
Two eggs mixed with two spoons of milk, add a pinch of salt. Pour the egg-milk mixture over casserole, sprinkle with optional sesame seeds (I respect him very much, so roll where possible), put in oven. Bake for 40 minutes, but be sure to watch your oven, maybe someone will need a little more time, someone less (+/-10 minutes).
The finished pudding remove from oven, cover with a clean towel and leave for 30 minutes.
Served with sour cream and fresh vegetables. It was delicious. Bon appetit!
