Millet burgers with cheese
A great dish for Breakfast. Serve with sour cream or yogurt. Millet can be boiled the night before and in the morning all mixed up and quickly made delicious meatballs.

Ingredients

  • Millet

    1 шт

  • Salt

  • Dill

    1 пуч.

  • Cheese

    4 ст. л.

  • Chicken egg

    1 шт

  • Bread crumbs

    3 ст. л.

  • Vegetable oil

    3 ст. л.

Cooking

The recipe we use wheat gold bags from the Mistral.

Boil millet in salted water until tender.

Dill finely chop.

To the cooked millet, add the cheese, egg, dill.

Stir until smooth.

Form from the resulting mass small meatballs.

Roll the meatballs on all sides in breadcrumbs.

Fry the meatballs in vegetable oil on both sides until Golden brown.
