Millet-buckwheat burgers
This is a simple but very delicious dish perfect for Breakfast or a light dinner.

Ingredients

  • Millet

    4 ст. л.

  • Buckwheat

    4 ст. л.

  • Chickpeas flour

    3 ст. л.

  • Salt

  • Raisins

    2 ст. л.

  • Fruit

    2 ст. л.

  • Vegetable oil

  • Jelly

    1 пач.

  • Minced meat

    200 г

  • Chicken egg

    1 шт

  • Onion

    1 шт

  • Carrots

    1 шт

  • Seasoning

  • Dill

    1 пуч.

  • Garlic

    1 зуб.

  • Sour cream

    3 ст. л.

  • Bread crumbs

    2 ст. л.

  • Flour

    1 ст. л.

1. Prepare vegetable-based. In boiling salted water, add the rinsed millet and stir cook for 15-20 minutes.

2. In another saucepan, in boiling salted water to fill the buckwheat and cook for 30-35 minutes.

3. When buckwheat porridge thickens, add the millet, stir.

4. In the cooled porridge add gram flour (2-3 tbsp) and stir. The dough will be very thick. Vegetable base!

5. Divide the dough into two equal parts.

6. Cook do not lean Supplement to the meatballs. Onions clean, cut and fry in vegetable oil until transparent. To the onion add the peeled and chopped carrots, stir and simmer until cooked carrots.

7. To the onion add the minced meat, seasoning mix and cook for 2-3 minutes.

8. Cooked meat can be ground in a blender. The beef is ready!

9. Cook lean Supplement for meatless meatballs. Pour the raisins with hot water and after 5 minutes drain the water, raisins dry with a paper towel.

10. To raisins you can add chopped dried fruit.

11. To lean meatballs you can cook jelly. I have a jelly dry, purchased. I made it with the addition of pureed cranberries 4 tbsp.

12. Take a bowl of vegetable-based. In one bowl put the dried fruit and mix, make dough for meatless meatballs. In another bowl put 1 egg and the minced meat, stir. If the meat dough is not thick, add 1 tbsp of flour.

13. Prepare the meatless meatballs. Split lean dough with dried fruits into portions. To form the meatballs.

14. Roll in mixture of breadcrumbs with flour, and fry in hot oil

15. on both sides until Golden brown. Spread vegetable meatballs on a dish and serve with jelly.

16. With meat dough do the same, form the meatballs, dip them in breadcrumbs and flour,

18. until Golden brown. Put meat patties on a platter and served with dill-garlic sauce. Sauce: mix sour cream with chopped dill, 1 clove of garlic, add salt and grind in a blender. Bon appetit!
