Traditional Greek soup that vmeshaetsya after the first post. The first non-Lenten food!

In a saucepan with a thick bottom pour olive oil and heat.

Add the chopped onion and garlic. Lightly sauté.

Chop the heart, liver, kidneys, send it in a pan with oil.

Then put the sliced lungs and stomach. All lightly saute. Then pour water to cover all the contents and cook until soft offal. It is convenient to use a pressure cooker, so KK cooking time is reduced to 15 minutes.
