Ingredients

  • Quinoa

    250 г

  • Onion

  • Dry white wine

    200 мл

  • Broth

    800 мл

  • Saffron

  • Cherry tomatoes

    80 г

  • Tarragon

  • Mascarpone

    2 ст. л.

  • Dutch cheese

Main ingredients.

Tomatoes wash, dry, each fruit cut in half.

Tarragon rinse. Clean the onion and chop. Pour in a saucepan the olive oil and fry the onions for 2 minutes.

Mix in the quinoa and fry, stirring, for another 2 minutes

Pour in the wine and cook until it completely evaporates. Then pour broth, add salt, add the ground saffron and cook for 20-25 minutes.

Add to risotto tomatoes and bring to a boil.

Mix in the mascarpone and grated cheese.
