Easy to make, light, but filling dish with exciting spicy aroma of Oriental spices is perfect for a romantic dinner ;)

Best of all, this recipe can rice Indica Brown from "Mistral" - it doesn't fall apart, but it turns out very tender and goes well with vegetables for taste and texture.

Boil the rice on a slow fire until tender for 35 minutes, or as indicated on the package. For 2 portions take 100 grams of rice.

The vegetables and fry, stirring, in a pan with a small amount of vegetable oil approximately 10 minutes (took the frozen mixture, if using fresh vegetables, thinly slice and fry until light Browning). For 2 servings enough 200 g of a vegetable mixture. For a couple of minutes until cooked add the mixture of Oriental spices – perfect garam masala (clove, cardamom, coriander, cumin, Bay leaf, nutmeg, black pepper, chilli, fennel), or your favorite.

Mix the rice with vegetables, season with salt to taste. To serve well with olives, soy sauce.
