Prepare all the necessary products.

Beef cut into medium pieces (I had goulash). Meat wash, put in a saucepan. Pour in 600 ml. of semisweet red wine. Add the sugar, a sprig of rosemary and thyme. Bring to a boil over medium heat. Reduce heat, and simmer on a slow fire until tender (about 1.5 hours). Then the meat and broth to share.

In a pan melt butter, fry in it the flour. Broth strain, pour into the pan and cook until it thickens. Add the meat and five minutes, with constant stirring, warmed it in the sauce. Pepper and salt to taste. The meat is ready.
