Cooking
Take a little trip to India, a traditional dish which is a CURRY! In order to prepare this dish we need: to prepare the chicken fillet to cut small thin strips and lightly salt.
Defrost favorite vegetables. I took the young green peas and asparagus. Also goes well carrot, small kukuruzka, sweet pepper.
Cut into thin slices mushrooms.
Heat the pan, pour in butter and on medium heat lightly browned, sliced into thin half-rings onions and chopped garlic.(In any case, it is NOT necessary to fry the onion until Golden state, and only slightly miss it!!!).
When You hear the distinctive aromatic smell, add the chicken. First fry on a fairly high heat for 10 minutes, then reduce the heat and allow the chicken to let the juice for another 15 minutes.
Meanwhile, will rascality another pan (in my case,it's a cauldron), pour in the oil and lightly fry the mushrooms, then add the defrosted beans and peas.
A little patience and the dish is ready, there quite a bit!!! Take for spices - all of course depends on Your taste - someone who likes to go for the gusto, someone softer, so try at each stage of adding spices. Remember, it is better insufficient salting or nethercite than the pen... ;))) so, add 1 tsp garam masala.*
And pour all the cream, so to cover 3-4 of meat. If necessary, as cooking add more cream.
Mix all and cook on low heat with lid on (stirring periodically) for about 15-20 minutes. Too long to put out this dish is not worth it, otherwise the peas with the beans will turn to mush. Serve with fresh rice or rice noodles! Welcome to my India!
