Spring - time picnics and outings. So it's time to take care of sabikah. I want to offer an incredibly delicious, spicy and juicy burrito. Warm it will be in the grill on the coals or on the grill. What you need for a hearty snack or even a full dinner!

Onions, carrots and zucchini cut into small dice. In a frying pan with heated oil to fry onion 1 minute, add the carrots, sauté 2 minutes, then zucchini. Fry all together for about 3 minutes, so the vegetables were browned, but not soft. at the end of cooking salt, add the paprika and garlic powder. Lay off the vegetables aside.
In the same pan fry the minced 100% beef in vegetable oil until Golden brown. Then add 3 tbsp soy sauce, reduce fire and tormented for 10 minutes under a lid. If necessary, you can pour a couple tablespoons of water. Seasoning Cayenne pepper to taste, but preferably so that it is acute, yet it is Mexican cuisine!
