Pasta a La Carbonara
The first time came up with its own version of the recipe and now I cook, even the beloved liked it, although he is very picky from me. I hope you like it too. PS Sorry for the photo quality:)

Ingredients

  • Chicken fillet

  • Pasta

  • Garlic

  • Butter

Cut the fillet and champignons into small pieces. The mushrooms are pre-washed and clean.

Put water for pasta, when it boils, put cooking. Spaghetti should be al dente, it is important not to digest.

Heat the frying pan with a small amount of sunflower oil. On a heated frying pan add finely chopped garlic and slightly fry it until light Golden brown.

To garlic add the mushrooms and, stirring, fry them for 5 minutes to give moisture and decreased.

To the mushrooms add the chicken, lightly fry it so that it turned white on top.

Then pour it all cream (I have a box of 250 grams, I take in about 150 gr) and add a knob of butter. Mix well, add spices to taste, I add salt, pepper, mix of Italian herbs and oregano. All of this cook for about 10 minutes, until all soaked in cream and spices.

By the time we finished the spaghetti, put them in the frying pan and mix well with sauce and the rest. Leave with the lid closed for 3-5 minutes on low heat, came to spaghetti and soaked with sauce.

To conveniently serve in a deep dish, stirring well all that there was enough sauce and other ingredients. You can sprinkle Parmesan as desired. Bon appetit:)
