Prepare the filling: to do this, grate cheese on a fine grater.
Crab sticks cut into small cubes.
The greens are finely chop with a knife. I added according to your taste and parsley. Mix all ingredients (cheese, crab sticks, greens). Leave aside, one can prepare the sauce.
Tomatoes pour over boiling water, remove the skins and puree them in a blender or grate on a grater.
In a pan pour a little oil, add grated tomatoes. Stew for 5 minutes.
Then pour in the cream, salt, pepper. On slow fire to cook until the sauce will not thicken and bubble.
Turn off the gas, add the grated garlic clove. The sauce is ready!
Recipe and technology of preparation of the test I describe is not, because it is the most common dumpling dough (Flour+egg+water+salt) - you can add a tablespoon of olive oil. Roll out the dough into long strips. The thinner, the better.
One teaspoon put the filling on the dough with a small indentation.
Close second test strip. Press on the edges and around the fillings to seal. Using the wheel to cut the dough cut the dough into equal squares so that the filling was inside. You can also cut using molds. Boil ravioli in salted water.
