Cooking

step-0
Cook the buckwheat in the broth. I took the chicken broth. You can cook just in the water. Cook porridge in the ratio one to two. In a glass of 200 ml buckwheat I took 400 ml of broth. The broth I used was already salted and I didn't doselevel. Mess we're going to fill soy sauce, not perezalit! The gruel is ready and I filled it up two tablespoons of soy sauce KIKKOMAN sweet. Mixed.
step-1
Parallel do vegetables. Carrot RUB on a grater. Peel the garlic and press each clove with the flat side of a knife.
step-2
Vegetables: tomato, red onion and bell pepper cut arbitrarily, as you like.
step-3
In a saucepan pour oil, heat it and spread the crushed garlic. Do garlic in oil one minute to give the flavor of the oil and remove it.
step-4
Next-fry the onions slightly and add the tomato, bell pepper and carrots. Stew until ready.
step-5
Spread the buckwheat and stir. Fire diminish to a minimum. If you thought not salty, then pickle with salt to taste.
step-6
Even out the top of the porridge with a little "bumpers" designed to break and place the eggs on the surface. Here in this way. Cover with a lid and finish the porridge until cooked until ready eggs. I like the yolk not quite grasped.
step-7
In addition to the mess I've made sausage in the butter. In a pan melt the butter and put it in the sausage cut into wedges. Sausage fry, but only pripuskaet in oil. Spread on a plate to the cereal and pour the melted butter dish.
