Chicken crazy a lot of different dishes, certainly in the vastness of our Boy has anything like this, I was not looking. The background is: my husband is an avid sportsman, priority protein foods and vegetables. Every day have to invent something from breast or fillet. Thawed chicken breast cut into 4-6 pieces. Add salt (but not salt!), pepper to taste. In a pan, fry until Golden brown the pieces on both sides (but don't fry!). To vegetable mixture add 6-7 tbsp of conditioner, stir, simmer 2 minutes. 50 ml of milk, dilute 1 teaspoon of starch and pour the mixture into the vegetables, simmer 3 minutes, until the mixture begin to thicken. At this point you can try the sauce taste: you may want to add a teaspoon of honey/sugar, maybe salt. I'm used to it, the eyes say so taught, and do not try. If the mass began to thicken, add a little water. Cooking vegetables in General should take 12-15 minutes, since they have to be braised with chicken.
