The chicken I cook on holidays, when going to companions or family members. Different chicken home smoked in the Smoking machine for its flavor and taste as it is smoked in a real wood chips.

Cooking
Prepare the chicken carcass. Wash it and dry. Divided into 2 parts for wabctv. !! Attention! Chicken carcass that has been subjected to freezing, it is impossible to smoke (if you, too, is home smokehouse)
Coat the carcass ready marinade. I make a marinade from lemon juice, honey and olive oil with spices. The recipe is in my profile. But in theory you can use any marinade that will allow the chicken to stay juicy! Leave the chicken in the fridge and marinade overnight.
Take out the chicken from the marinade, tie the twine to the legs tightly to the carcass. At the bottom of the smokehouse to sleep 2 handfuls of alder chips for Smoking
Hook the meat on the hook and is attached to the smokehouse. Close the lid of the smoker, pour water in the water trap (those who smokes, I understand that this is a normal manipulation, those who are new - don't be afraid - this is to ensure that the meat is not dried up).
