Buckwheat porridge with pumpkin and vegetables
Even regular buckwheat can be changed by adding just a few new ingredients. I invite you to try my version. Bon appetit.

Ingredients

  • Buckwheat

  • Pepper

  • Pumpkin

    50 г

  • Onion

    1 шт

  • Tomato paste

    2 ст. л.

  • Parsley

  • Black pepper

  • Salt

  • Chicken fillet

    200 г

  • Vegetable oil

Cooking

The onion and chicken fillet finely chop. Pour into the pan 2-3st. L. vegetable oil, fry the onion and chicken until Golden brown.

Add the bell pepper, cut into strips and a pumpkin, grated on a fine grater.

For this recipe I used buckwheat TM MISTRAL. Buckwheat boil until tender.

Add the tomato paste.

Pour a little water, add parsley, simmer for 5-7 minutes on low heat.

Add cooked buckwheat, add salt and pepper. Mix well.
