In the words of my husband, one of the classic additives for meat in Germany it is sauerkraut. But with it, we are going to cook our meat on the grill. Cook turning occasionally, for at least 40 minutes, and better 1.5-2 hours, then the cabbage acquires a brownish tint and absolutely stunning aroma.
