Chicken hearts with Udon noodles
My husband and I love grilled chicken hearts. And Oriental cuisine. And when I remembered that I have lying around a pack of Udon, I realized that this would be the perfect combination. But to my great surprise, this recipe on the Internet was not! I only found one, but it is more complicated. On this I immediately decided to rectify the situation and share with you this amazingly delicious dish!

Ingredients

Our wonderful hearts washed and cut into 4 slices. Then sprinkle with salt (carefully) and fry-simmer, for about 15 minutes until you evaporate nearly all the liquid (you can pour a little).

Onion cut into half rings, carrots - oblique strips. You can use the special grater if you have. *You can take ready-made vegetable mix, it's called Chinese, but I don't like processed foods.

At this time, cook the Udon separately. It takes 3 to 7 minutes to the package time. Cook until semi-readiness. *I have another jar, but actually it's Kikkoman, we just bought it in a large plastic bottle and poured into this portion. And here is our favorite Kikkoman:)))

Add the noodles to the hearts, pour soy sauce and add spices. Simmer for another 2-3 minutes. Check the salinity and moisture. (someone loves the noodles in the land, some not)
