Potatoes stuffed with chicken hearts
Thin "cups" made from potatoes, but inside... tender hearts in a creamy sauce with garlic and herbs... mmmm... Try =)

From raw potatoes cut in the middle, the walls are trying to keep as thin as possible. And put into the water.

Finely chop the hearts and fry on high heat. When they are ready add them tablespoon of flour and mix thoroughly to avoid lumps.

Add to the sour cream. Then add about half a Cup of water and stir. Salt. It turns out that's gravy.

Diminish the heat to low and continue to cook gravy until thick. Then add the garlic and herbs and remove from heat.

Fill up our potatoes the mixture. Just covers things from the top with grated cheese and bake it in the oven at 250 degrees. I have cooked about an hour. The willingness of potatoes were tested with a toothpick, if pierced easily - so ready.
