We were so pleased with the colored noodles that we now often use it when cooking various dishes. For example, nests with colored noodles on the side and tomato sauce - really tasty and spring-bright dinner.

Cooking
Make the dough in two colors: green "spinach" and yellow (with turmeric). On the noodle I don't stop, because on the website it is published already. Boil noodles and drain in a sieve. Bread to soak in cold water, wring out, mix with raw eggs, minced meat and finely chopped onions. Salt and pepper to taste.
Sunflower oil to heat in a high saucepan. Stuffing divided into 8 portions and flatten each into a pancake. Eggs (cooked) roll in flour. Each egg enclosed in a shell of meat. "Nest" one after another 5-6 minutes, fry in deep fat. For child 1 chicken egg I replaced the 4 quail: a smaller size and healthier.
Fold in the baking pan and bake until done in preheated to 200*C oven until cooked (about 30 minutes)
Sauce: frozen tomatoes (I had cherry) to cut and not defrosting, bring to the boil, add salt, add spices and sugar (to taste).
On a dish put a leaf of lettuce, put two types of noodles and "nest", pour a little sauce. Very tasty and colorful!
