Description
Chicken in pineapple sauce tried many, but chicken with mango - I don't think. This tasty combination of chicken, mango pulp, leek and bell peppers will make this dish one of your favorites.

Cooking
Fillet cut into cubes, 1 cm (5 pieces fillet too much and I take 3-4 PCs, but the recipe I wasn't.)
Put in a deep pan (I used ikeevskogo the pan-wok).
Add any vegetable oil, stir and fry a few minutes on medium heat. (If the fillets you have ice cream, like me, you have to evaporate the water, and then pouring the oil.)
Prepare onion, pepper and mango. Pepper is better to take different colors to the dish was brighter.
Onion cut into thin rings. Pepper and mango in large squares, to get a better taste.
Products needed for the sauce: fresh cream, sauce "Mango chutney", Chile-sauce "Sambal of Oelek" and soy sauce.
Put these foods in the pan to the chicken. Add water and bouillon (or 1 bouillon cube dissolved in warm water). Sauce "Sambal of Oelek" very sharp. (The first time I put 1 tsp as indicated in the recipe, but I was very serious and now the sauce is on the tip of the knife the perfect choice for me.)
Cover the wok with a lid and simmer the fillets in sauce for about 10 minutes.
The frying pan onions, peppers and crème fraiche.
Stir and simmer until the vegetables are soft.
Add the pieces of mango. Stir. Simmer another 5 minutes. It is very important not to "peresushit". Pepper should not be too soft.
Chicken Mango I served over rice.
