I love to cook, allowing a maximum variation in the use of ingredients, proportions, etc. Pasta with Bolognese sauce – from this number. Base – ground meat with tomato or tomato paste. Then you can fantasize, add the ingredients, replace them with the same. In fact, they say that in Italy this dish is not. At all. But we have something it is! My recipe differs from the others on the blog.

Cooking
Onion peeled, cut into small dice.
Hungarian pepper finely chopped.
In a saucepan heat the mixture of olive oil and butter, sauté onions until transparent.
Add to it the minced meat, stir fry until almost evaporated all the moisture.
Add both peppers, mix well, saute for three minutes.
Add celery, stir, simmer for another five minutes.
Add the tomato paste, stir, add salt.
Simmer on low heat under the lid until cooked the sauce for 20 minutes.
Boil spaghetti in salt water until tender, drain the water, spaghetti put on a plate "nest" in the center to put the sauce. Bon appetit!
