Chicken baked with rice and wine
Baked chicken is a great dish for the holiday table. She looks always beautiful and festive. It is difficult to spoil. Yes, and there is hardly a person who doesn't like chicken. Rice and fruit will be with her a great combination. And the wine marinade makes the meat soft, tender and juicy. This recipe can also be baked and a Turkey. Time, excluding marinating.

From oranges to squeeze the juice (about 100 ml), add white wine, salt and spices. Can choose any of your favorite spices. But for this dish I recommend to use mint, oregano, paprika, lemon pepper. They are all part of this flavorful salt for salads, which I brought as a gift to a friend from Italy.

Boil rice until almost cooked. I chose the fragrant Jasmine rice of TM "Mistral".

When the marinating time has elapsed, remove the chicken from the marinade, grease all sides with vegetable oil, stuffed with rice mixture. Pierce in several places with a toothpick. "Extra" rice can be put beside the chicken in the baking dish.

Put the chicken in a baking dish, pour the remaining marinade, cover first with baking parchment and then foil. Bake in the oven at 180 degrees until cooked. Depending on the size of the bird will take from 40 minutes to 2 hours. To check on availability as follows: if you pierce the meat should run clear juice.
