Chicken Marsala
The original name - chicken marsala. Marsala (Marsala) is a fortified wine produced in Italy. Fortress around 18 degrees. This recipe uses Marsala wine for cooking - cooking wine. Generally cooking wine are cheaper than the corresponding wine sold in regular liquor store. The characteristics of Marsala close to the wine of Madeira, but it's sweeter. So I guess you could use Madeira, adding a small amount of sugar, although I have not tried. Chicken cooked by this recipe turns out very tender, soft and flavorful. It goes perfectly with a side dish of potatoes. In my opinion, the best mashed potatoes (prepared with hot milk and butter). However, you can serve chicken Marsala with roasted or baked potatoes.
