I think that every housewife has a quick version of risotto, when it is necessary to quickly feed the family. I usually cook with steamed rice, but this time I tried with round rice, it came out quickly and very tasty.

Cooking
Onions cut into half rings or quarter rings, carrots cut into sticks. Fry in vegetable oil.
Roasted vegetables aside and add salt and fry the chicken pieces.
Into the pan add the vegetable oil and pour round rice Italica TM Mistral. Slightly fry well stirring, about 2-3 minutes.
Stir the vegetables, meat and rice.
Pour water to cover the meat and rice for about 1-2 cm. Add the 2 whole cloves of garlic. Add salt and spices for pilaf (I like loose spices from the market, packaged in all sorts of flavors). Very tasty when there is cumin, barberry, turmeric.
When all the liquid has evaporated, stir, cover and leave to simmer for 5 minutes. After turning it off 5 minutes to open.
