Chicken fillet with sauce
Delicious and tender filet in sauce suitable for any garnish.

Ingredients

  • Chicken breast

    500 г

  • Onion

  • Sour cream

    150 г

  • Milk

    100 мл

  • Parsley

    20 г

  • Soy sauce

    1 ст. л.

  • Vegetable oil

    2 ст. л.

Chicken fillet cut into small pieces.

Meanwhile, make the sauce. Mix in a saucepan the milk, cream and soy sauce, Kikkoman.

Keep frying for 3 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add the chopped parsley. Remove from the heat.

Fry in a pan with chicken.

Add chopped onion and fry until cooked onions.

Add to the pan sauce and simmer for 15 minutes.

For the side dish I had boiled rice. Dinner's ready. Bon appetit!
