Cooking
Start with Kale, as it is the longest of the ingredients prepared. Cut it in cubes.

Take out the mushrooms and cut them in cubes. I had mushrooms and some frozen porcini mushrooms. If you use wild mushrooms, the dish will turn out much tastier.
Onion cut into small cubes. In a pot or pan (whatever you like) pour oil, pour the onions and mushrooms and pour water to cover the contents.
Salt, pepper, bring to a boil under the lid. Then remove the lid and fry until cooked until the water boils away. Prepared mushrooms pour some a bowl.
Take the courgettes (or zucchini), diced crumble.
Fry in butter until soft. Salt, pepper, at the end of cooking add chopped garlic.
Potatoes also cut into cubes. Fry in a pan until Golden brown.
Carrots three on a grater, stew in butter with the addition of water.
