Found this recipe on the website supy-salaty.ru made some adjustments and it came out very hearty, tasty and most importantly healthy dish! Cook for health!

Ingredients

  • Cabbage

Start with Kale, as it is the longest of the ingredients prepared. Cut it in cubes.

In a saucepan, pour a little oil, pour the cabbage, fill with water to cover the contents. Add peeled and chopped tomatoes. Salt, pepper, add tablespoon of sugar, cover and bring to a boil.

After boiling, reduce the fire. Simmer until water is evaporated and cabbage is tender. At this time you can do other vegetables - cabbage will be ready just when we all rest will make.

Take out the mushrooms and cut them in cubes. I had mushrooms and some frozen porcini mushrooms. If you use wild mushrooms, the dish will turn out much tastier.

Onion cut into small cubes. In a pot or pan (whatever you like) pour oil, pour the onions and mushrooms and pour water to cover the contents.

Salt, pepper, bring to a boil under the lid. Then remove the lid and fry until cooked until the water boils away. Prepared mushrooms pour some a bowl.

Fry in butter until soft. Salt, pepper, at the end of cooking add chopped garlic.
