For me this is a classic recipe known since childhood.

Eggplant cut lengthwise into thin slices. Put them in salt water that was not characteristic of the eggplant bitterness. When you lie down for a bit, dry them with a towel and fry in vegetable oil until Golden state.
Cut into slices tomatoes. Grind the garlic.
And the Bulgarian pepper.
Slice eggplant grease with minced garlic (it is better to grate or skip through the press) and put them on the vegetables, sprinkle lightly with salt. A very good sprinkle with herbs, but I just was not.
Twist the slices into rolls.
Top - a drop of mayonnaise. Bon appetit!
