Lovers of exotic, I think I would. I just love this dish. After trying again the restaurant decided to cook itself. Turned out much tastier. The original taste should be sharp, it uses green chili pepper, but since my treasure (aka the husband) not to eat spicy, pepper is canceled, but believe me, just delicious!

Cooking
This is what we need
Our chop chicken into small pieces. I tried to make a fillet, but still, when the meat on the bone, the dish is more aromatic.
Onion cut into half rings, carrot slices, along the Kura, mushrooms randomly.
Fry the chicken for 5 min.
Add the onions and carrots. Fry until onions are turned Golden brown.
Fill the mushrooms, continue to fry about 5 min.
Next on the program Cura, salt, pepper, curry powder (to taste). Stir, put the lid on. Simmer 10 min.
Pour in the coconut milk, followed by the chopped garlic, powder ginger (fresh root and grate on a very fine grater). Again mix thoroughly, allow to boil, diminish the fire.
15 minutes and the dish is ready.
Ideal if on a garnish submit a Thai-style rice (recipe attached).
