Description

Wonderful dish for a picnic and for unexpected guests. Under the type of chicken we used chicken legs.

Ingredients

  • The chicken legs

  • Soy sauce

  • Basil

"Do" chicken legs. It is very simply and quickly obtained.

Remove the cross bone.

Turn the leg quarter and remove the tubular bone, making an incision over them.

Mix the BBQ sauce, and soy with Basil. Drop into it the meat and leave for 20min min. If preparing in advance, it is better to leave for the night.

I was roasting in the oven on the "grill" on both sides. Nature roasted on the grill. But very good at it in the pan.
