Finely chop the onions. Add the tomato paste, diluted with water to the consistency of thick sour cream (1 Cup). Also add 1 Cup of vegetable oil, 5 Bay leaves, salt, pepper and simmer until then, until the onions are soft and the oil will turn red.
While cooked onions on a large grater to grate carrots and fry in another pan until Golden brown in a small amount of vegetable oil, gradually adding water. Carrots should be soft. And when onion and carrots are ready, connect them together and a little put out together. For about 10 minutes.
