Description
The combination of millet, pumpkin and cauliflower can be seen infrequently in cooking. But, nevertheless, such a singularity gives the dish a special flavor. This dish can be a great Breakfast or dinner, and is also used as a garnish for meat or poultry. In addition, it is suitable for fasting, vegetarians and those who adhere to the diet.

Cooking
Our helper in the preparation of this dish - millet bags from TM "Mistral". Its Golden grains always turn out crumbly and fragrant. Put to boil the water for the millet. Once it boils, potseluem and drop it in the bags with the grain.
At the same time pour in a pan water to just cover the bottom. And also wait for boiling.
Once the water is boiling, put in pan with the cauliflower, disassembled into small florets. Fry, stirring for 1-2 minutes.
Now it is the turn of the pumpkin. It must also cut in small cubes and put to the cabbage. Fry the vegetables, stirring for another 1-2 minutes. Here I have calculated the size of Skovoroda. It is desirable to use a larger diameter pan so that the vegetables are evenly distributed on its surface.
After roasting, close the lid and simmer on medium heat for 20 minutes. At this stage, add salt to taste, add the vegetable oil and soy sauce. Seasoned with selected spices. In my opinion, this combination is well suited to such spices as curry, paprika, nutmeg, ginger, and even cinnamon. You can add a little bit of everything, and it is possible one or combine them. Every time dish "will sparkle with different colors." In this case, I do not add anything, as they prepared for a human diet. But even in this variant, the taste was not lost.
25 minutes is up, the millet cooked. Drag him from the water and allow it to drain. The vegetables are ready. It's time to set the table. Spread millet and vegetables on plates.
Bon appetit! Very simple, but delicious and satisfying!
