I'm sure you will love the tempting crispy chicken wings, deep fried, and once they cook, you do always. To taste them and to entertain friends can be both hot and cold. Yeah, not helpful, but sometimes you want to treat yourself to something sort of yummy.

Cooking
Chicken wings a good wash and dry with paper towel. Wing tips cut off and removed. Today we don't need them, but will come in handy when we cook the broth :)

When the oil is heated to boil (throw a crust of bread in the oil boiling around her say about the degree of heating), plug hook wings and drop in the fryer. Many are not doing enough for 4-5 pieces. Fry, constantly turning, as if bathing each piece in oil. It is necessary for uniform roasting. Time depends on size of wings: if small, it only takes 3 minutes, and the wings of the larger fry for 5-6 minutes.
When our wings will become the color of bronze tan :), can be removed. Check one thing on the willingness, if necessary, adjust the frying time, but will not overdo in the oven, otherwise the meat will become dry and tasteless. On a big platter, rolling out the paper towel in several layers. Wings spread in a single layer.
