Squash potato pancakes
"Squash is still easier to stomach than potatoes" - I thought in the country, when asked for homemade potato pancakes... as a result, all were satisfied with the delicious dish, and I was satisfied with it relative usefulness :).

Ingredients

  • Zucchini

  • Potatoes

    300 г

  • Green onions

  • Dill

    1 пуч.

  • Garlic

    1 зуб.

  • Flour

    2 стак.

  • Bran

    4 ст. л.

  • Chicken egg

    1 шт

  • Salt

    1 ч. л.

  • Spices

  • Vegetable oil

Cooking

Peel the potatoes, chop coarsely, wash the zucchini and cut.

Potatoes and zucchini and grind in a blender or grate.

In potato and squash oil, add the oat bran, mix well.

Green onions and dill wash, dry, finely chop and add to the dough.

Put the dough with egg and spices, mix well.

Stirring gently add the flour to the consistency of very thick cream.

To fry from two parties on vegetable oil to readiness.
