Description
Chicken hearts — available byproduct, the dishes of which are gentle and nourishing. They have a relatively neutral taste and slightly dense texture that perfectly absorbs all the flavors with which you connect them.

Cooking
To start prepare all the ingredients. Hearts rinse well, cut off excess fat and soak in cold water for half an hour. From orange squeeze juice.
Prepare the marinade: ginger and garlic finely chop, add the mixture of peppers and chili pepper ( I had dried, as it was not fresh).
Add the lime juice, 1/3 fresh orange juice and soy sauce. All mix well.
Pour marinade hearts and put into the fridge to marinate for 4 hours.
Willing hearts strung on skewers (previously soaked in cold water) and fry for 4 minutes on each side (they should fry in a well heated pan on high heat, otherwise they will just stew!). When hearts roasted on all sides, remove them from the pan and pour the remaining orange juice. Return the hearts to the pan and cook for a few minutes.
Skewers of chicken hearts can be served both hot and cold. For example, they very not bad combined with a salad of young leaves of horseradish, flavored with soy sauce.
