Chicken breast cut into pieces a La carte. Eggs lightly beat
To prepare the flour (with salt) and bread crumbs. Put to heat up the pan. Each piece of chicken roll first in flour, then in egg, then in breadcrumbs and place in hot pan with oil.
Fry both sides until cooked.
