Got the recipe from the Internet and decided to try it. Quick and tasty! Family liked it! Good alternative to the usual trivial cutlets.

Under my hand was not chicken, so I took it home. Put in a bowl the minced meat, add egg, salt and rubbed on a large grater Apple and onion.
Stir.
Shape the cutlets and wrap them in bacon (2 strips on each cutlet).
In a frying pan on the fire a little weaker medium heat 2 tbsp of vegetable oil. Put the meatballs and fry until done, about 10-12 minutes on each side.
