Cooking
This dish of Ukrainian cuisine is traditionally stewed in the oven for a long time 4 to 5 hours. In the modern kitchen, with gas I cook 2-3 hours. The first condition - the dish must not burn. Second, the secret dishes should boil away all the water. And, third, during this time, herbs and spices saturate the chicken with unprecedented taste and aroma. And then thrown away. In this recipe the chicken can marinate and lay without the marinade. Chicken cut into portions. Or take the separate pieces of chicken, e.g. chicken feet, as in the photo. In a bowl mix marinade ingredients and marinate the chicken. Leave for 15-20 minutes.
