The zucchini in the oven – a hearty and tasty! All minced meat impregnated with the juice of zucchini, it turns out super juicy and tasty.

Cooking
Young zucchini wash and cut into wedges.
From each block using a teaspoon remove the inside. Get these zucchini cups.
In forcemeat add finely chopped onion. Season with salt and pepper. Add the soy sauce.
Fill the zucchini cups with meat.
On each zucchini put a plate of cheese or place them in a baking dish, pour a little water and put it in the oven.
Bake at 180-200 degrees for 40-45 minutes.
