Pancakes without eggs
Pancakes-a traditional dish of Belarusian cuisine. However, hash Browns are widely distributed in the national cuisine of other countries from America to Eastern Europe. In Ukrainian cuisine they are called potato pancakes, Jewish-latkes, in the American-hashbraun. Today I'll show you how I prepare them, but the recipe is presented without the use of eggs, meaning it is perfect for those who are Fasting, vegetarians or those people who for some reason can't eat chicken eggs.

Ingredients

  • Potatoes

  • Vegetable oil

    2 ст. л.

  • Salt

    1 ч. л.

  • Black pepper

    1 ч. л.

  • Greens

    2 веточ.

  • Flour

    2 ст. л.

Potatoes and onions need to be cleaned.

Onions should be rubbed on a fine grater or chop in a blender. Slightly mash with a spoon to have as much juice as possible. Onion juice prevents oxidation of the potatoes, and the finished dish will be a nice Golden brown. Potatoes without onions acquires a violet-blue hue. Potatoes should be grated on a coarse grater or using a food processor. I've used it.

Add in the grated vegetables, salt, ground black pepper, 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil and 2 tablespoons of flour ( from top). If the potatoes are very juicy, then necessarily it must be pressed. I have this was not necessary.
