Amazing how flavorful and tender the meat turns out in beer!! Yes, and enriching the flavor addition from tomatoes and wild mushrooms in the onion rings. And always with buckwheat, soaked in a divine sauce in which to stew the meat. Softer delicate taste this dish with a complex side dish.

Cooking
Prepare the ingredients: chicken thighs. Onions and garlic cut into dice. Light beer. Salt, mustard seeds, olive oil. For garnish: buckwheat.
In a container pour the chopped dice the onion and garlic. Add mustard seeds, and salt. Pour in the olive oil. Lay the chicken thighs and pour a light beer. Close the lid. Refrigerate for two hours.
After two hours remove the meat and place in a bowl for baking, leaving gaps. Pour the marinade.
Close the lid or foil and send bake in the oven at a temperature of one hundred and eighty degrees and forty minutes.
Prepare the ingredients for the first (vegetables) side dish: wild mushrooms -mushrooms, onions and tomatoes.
Boil the mushrooms for twenty minutes, remove, cool. Cut into big pieces. Onion peel and cut into segments. Cut tomatoes into large chunks.
Prepare the ingredients for the second side dish: buckwheat rinse it in seven waters, dry. Quickly fry in a dry pan for three minutes, stirring, transfer to a plate to cool.
Pour hot water, bring to boil, add salt, reduce heat and cook for twenty minutes until complete evaporation of the liquid. A pot of prepared buckwheat wrap and set aside.
So this is the final garnish after wrapping before serving. Crumbly and fluffy buckwheat.
After forty minutes it's time to return to the meat. Remove from oven-temperature form, remove the lid or foil. The spaces between the chicken fill with segments of onions and mushrooms. Meat on top of plenty of water juice. A lid or foil to close (!!) Return to the oven for ten minutes. The temperature increase to two hundred degrees.
Get the form for the second time. On top lay slices of tomatoes, pour the meat juice and send in the oven for another ten minutes, covering with foil or a lid. The finished dish remove from oven, cover with foil to prevent rapid cooling process. BON APPETIT!!
