Cooking

step-0
1. Clean the onion, cut into half rings. 2. Carrots cleaned, cut into rings with a thickness of 3-4 mm. 3. Champignons (mushrooms) wash, cut into slices 5 mm thick. 5. Peel the potatoes, cut into strips. 6. Meat chicken breast (in my version of chicken breast without bones) cut into portioned slices, approx 1 cm thick)
step-1
Here it is:
step-2
7. Preheat the pan, add a small amount of oil, add chopped onions and fry on medium heat until Golden brown, for 4 min.
step-3
8. Add the sliced carrots and fry (all on medium heat) for another 2 min, stirring occasionally.
step-4
9. Add the previously chopped mushrooms and fry all together for another 3 minutes, stirring occasionally. Yet the pan with the vegetables; set aside.
step-5
10. Prepared chicken meat spread on a preheated with a small amount of oil to the pan and fry for a short time (1-2 min. each side) until Golden brown.
step-6
1. Sauce for stewing. I used a ready-made prefabricated sauce, "onion, red wine" (see photo), you can use any other ready-made sauce, is perfect for stewing, or you can just add 350 ml of water+spices (e.g. Bay leaf+8-10 peas of black pepper+spices You like+salt (to taste).. it's up to you all, the main thing - to add liquid)
step-7
11. In a stewing pot (not nonstick) put the sliced potatoes and sauteed vegetables, add pre-fried meat, sauce (or water with spices), mix well. On low heat with the lid closed, simmer for 50 minutes-1 hour (from time to time all the while stirring).
step-8
12. Spread the stew into serving dish, sprinkle with herbs. A pleasant appetite!
