Cooking
Two small pike cleaned, took out the giblets, cut off the fins, washed, dried. Cut heads and tails in the ear. Carcass decided to fry. Each carcass was cut into 2 pieces. Marinate in soy sauce for 30 minutes. OK for a night to marinate, the more delicious it will be.
