Description
Potato goes well with mushrooms. This dish can be prepared and after post. Then you can sprinkle the potatoes with cheese.

Cooking
Sunflower oil TM "generous gift" fry the mushrooms.
Separately in sunflower oil TM "generous gift" fry onions and carrots.
Cut greens.
Mix fried mushrooms and greens. Add salt to taste.
Potatoes cut into accordion. To do this under the knife puts a bamboo stick to cut the potatoes to the end.
Fill with stuffing potatoes. This is the most time-consuming work. Put it on foil, salt, pepper and grease with sunflower oil TM "generous gift".
Close the top with foil and send in preheated oven. Bake for about an hour. To check the readiness with a toothpick.
For 10 minutes until tender remove the top foil, grease with sunflower oil and put in oven to brown.
