Cooking
For cooking I used the wings, thighs and drumsticks from a chicken. You can also take the fillets, in this case it must be cut into small pieces.
So, fry the chicken in vegetable oil in a saucepan or deep frying pan over medium heat on all sides until Golden brown. Salt and pepper the chicken to taste.
Finely chop a couple of onions...
When the chicken is browned, set it aside on a plate.
And in the same oil fry the onion and pepper.
Finely cut garlic. I like to add hot pepper.
After a few minutes add the couscous, stir. Add tomato paste, garlic and hot pepper, again all peremeshaem.
Pour the broth (water), sprinkle with salt and add seasonings.
Add to the couscous and vegetables chicken and olives. Since I'm not very fond of olives, to add did not, although in the original recipe they are. Reduce the heat to low and simmer for another 15 minutes until the liquid is evaporated. Bon appetit!
