Unexpectedly quick and delicious recipe of the French cuisine. The description takes longer than the process of cooking, and the taste exceeds expectations - a delicate, light and very nutritious. The only thing you will spend your time - it is actually the braising chicken, but I think each family has something it's time to take. Recipe taken from the book "French Recipes" ("Les recettes de la cuisine francaise")

Cooking
Cut the chicken, wash, wipe dry and RUB with salt and pepper. Melt the butter in a deep frying pan and fry in it the chicken, then put it in a roasting pan (or - as I have - in the cauldron)
Dilute saffron in 1 tbsp. spoon of water and pour in the chicken
Put tomato paste, sour cream, stir
Cover with a lid and keep on low heat for about an hour, stirring occasionally
Served with any side dish - vegetable, potato, cereal... There's enough gravy so, to flavor the pottage. Bon appetit!
