Usually in my family, chicken cooked in the sleeve in the oven and on open fire in foil or smoker. This mega simple recipe I found recently on the Internet, have introduced convenient adjustments and now I rejoice every time I prepare - it turns out great! The preparatory stage is very simple and short, but the second requires that the oven worked for almost 2 hours. But the result justifies itself! Also this time completely to devote garnish.

Always cook only "svejesobranna" chicken, so I only need to get it out of the package and rinse under cool running water. Additionally, the chicken can be a little cut in the middle, to better lay the form. The form must be lined with foil in 2 layers (depends on the quality of the foil: if it's dense enough you can do one). Directly in the form of the chicken can be rubbed with salt. Here I propose to be guided by his own taste, however, will notice that the chicken skin the excess salt will not take. You can immediately add pepper.

Next, you should prepare the sauce of sour cream, garlic, paprika and curry, and then a sauce to lubricate the chicken.

Next you should cover the chicken with foil, and preferably also in 2 layers and send in the oven, heated to 180-200 degrees. I like to use all 200 degrees. "Spa" treatments will continue for at least 1.5 hours, after which it is not forbidden to remove the top layer of foil and let the chicken brown in a few minutes. Readiness is checked by piercing the chicken with a sharp object: if you highlight transparent liquid without impurities of the blood - readiness at 100%!
