Cooking

Grease the grate with vegetable oil, lay on her ribs and fry over hot coals until cooked 15-20 minutes.
Ready ribs folded into a deep bowl and cover. Let rest for 15 minutes. Meanwhile, the cranberries, wash, dry, chop in a blender. Lemon juice mix with starch. Cranberry puree mixed with starch, diluted in lemon juice. Add sugar. Bring to boil with constant stirring. Do not boil!
Serve the ribs with a green salad and cranberry sauce.
