Pork chops with cranberry sauce
Tender flavorful meat, plus sour-sweet bright sauce that is done in a few minutes and can without sacrificing taste and quality to be stored in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks (unless, of course, will have something to keep after the picnic).

Ingredients

  • Pork ribs

    500 г

Add Kikkoman soy sauce, mustard, wine, mix well. Cover with a lid or with cling film, refrigerate for 2-3 hours (or overnight).

Ready ribs folded into a deep bowl and cover. Let rest for 15 minutes. Meanwhile, the cranberries, wash, dry, chop in a blender. Lemon juice mix with starch. Cranberry puree mixed with starch, diluted in lemon juice. Add sugar. Bring to boil with constant stirring. Do not boil!
