Cooking

step-0
Breast, cut into strips and marinate with spices (no salt) for 20 min.
step-1
Pepper, carrots, leeks, zucchini, cabbage and ginger cut into strips. Cut the mushrooms slices. Onion cut into pieces.
step-2
Fry the onions until Golden and add the ginger. Fry for a few minutes and put in separate bowl.
step-3
Then in the same pan fry the carrots until soft, move it and then fry the zucchini until soft. Put in separate bowl.
step-4
To roast the pepper, place into a separate bowl. I apologize for the photo, was in a hurry to capture the whole process and was not up for a super angle.
step-5
Fry the mushrooms and also put in a separate bowl.
step-6
Meanwhile, we have boiled salted water, we throw our noodles and cook without covering with lid for 10 mins Then throws the noodles in a colander and allow to drain.
step-7
Spread the meat on the same heated pan and stew under cover for about 4 minutes. Open the lid and slightly fry the meat.
step-8
Add all vegetables to meat and stir. Fry a couple of minutes, while stirring intensively. Add teriyaki and cover with a lid.
step-9
After a few minutes add the meat and vegetables to noodles, mix carefully, cover with a lid, turn off the stove and let it brew.
step-10
Put our noodles on a plate and decorate with roasted sesame seeds. Bon appetit! PS I would add more chili and teriyaki, you get a sharper and spicier, but since I cooked for the first time, decided not to. And I have teriyaki for marinating meat, sorry did not find another, and better, of course, teriyaki for cooked noodles.
