A simple and quick recipe of buckwheat in the oven. Makes a delicious crumbly buckwheat! Healthy dish in a post!

Ingredients

  • Buckwheat

Prepare the products. Buckwheat wash, clean vegetables, and water you need to boil.

Carrots grate on a coarse grater, onion and garlic finely chop.

Washed buckwheat put in a baking dish and pour boiling water. Leave on for 20-30 minutes

Meanwhile, prepare zazharku. In vegetable oil fry the onion and garlic, add carrots, sauté 5 minutes, add the herbes de Provence.

Cover with foil and place in a preheated 180 degree oven. for 40-50 minutes. Buckwheat should absorb all the water!
